Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of composite catalyst of the titanium silicate molecular sieve and the nano-carbon fiber. The composite catalyst of the titanium silicate molecular sieve and the nano-carbon fiber prepared by the method of the invention has strong bonding force between the active component of the titanium silicate molecular sieve and the nano-carbon fiber. Comparing with the industrial micro-nano TS-1 powder (100-500nm), the filtering quality is significantly improved. In the course of using the TS-1 catalyst, the problem of the solution dispersion and separation can be solved; the method is simple and the application range is wide. The catalytic performance of the made composite catalyst is excellent, and can be used for the cyclohexanone ammoximation, the conversion rate of the cyclohexanone and the cyclohexanone oxime selectivity can both reach over 98 percent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a titanium silicon molecular sieve / nano carbon fiber composite catalyst. The composite catalyst prepared by this method has a large characteristic size, and the combination between titanium-silicon molecular sieve (TS-1) and carbon nanofiber (CNF) is firm, which can solve the liquid phase separation of industrial TS-1 powder (100-500nm) question. The prepared composite catalyst can be used in a selective liquid-phase oxidation system using hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant, such as the ammoximation reaction of cyclohexanone. Compared with the industrial TS-1 catalyst, the catalytic performance is also excellent. technical background [0002] Titanium silicalite (TS-1 for short) with MFI structure has excellent catalytic oxidation activity and selectivity. One of the main factors affecting the activity of TS-1 is particle size. TS-1 with a small particle size (200-300) has better catalytic activity, whil...
