The driving mechanism has double-sided synchronous toothed belt to drive the sling-bogie combination; the sling-bogie combination has bogies with toothed board for connection with the toothed belt and sling connected to the bearing beam between two bogies; the clamping mechanism has movable hook and fixed hook connected separately to the back bogie and the front bogie; the tracks with U-shaped cross section are provided with a scraping rack and driving units in the bent section for the sling-bogie combination to pass through; and the track switch unit has a driving rod for the floating tracks to connect transversely so as to realize switching running or storing.
