The invention further provides a process for preparing the health beverage which can fast eliminate senile plaque, and the process comprises firstly preparing ginger decoction, secondly preparing tea filtering, thirdly preparing honey extractor water solution, fourthly mixing the ginger decoction, tea filtering and honey extractor water solution as well as adding vitamin C into the mixture, degassing after mixing evenly, then disinfecting for 5-15 minutes under the temperature of 100 DEG C, and finally obtaining the finished product after cooling up.
