The invention utilizes a castor straw or a castor cake which is a byproduct of oil preparing to generate a special pesticide suitable for grains, vegetables and fruit manufacture with the advantages of low toxicity, no environment damage, high pesticidal rate and wide pesticidal spectrum. The pesticide of the invention can be acquired by firstly putting sugar, accelerant EDTA, starter and water into a fermentor to be stirred and activated for 24 hours under an anaerobic condition with a room temperature; and then adding into papain, vitamin B6, iodine-free salt, the castor straw or castor cake powder, actuating a mixer with a speed of 150 turn / min and fermenting for 15 to 20 days under the anaerobic conditions with the room temperature; after putting into a precipitator for 24 to 30 hours, drawing out the clear liquid after filtering the zymotic fluid. The invention has a simple and practical preparation technique, and can ferment under a normal temperature and pressure with little energy consumption, no public nuisances and efficiency higher than similar products and can be popularized and applied.
