Abstract

A dry lens is adopted as an object lens and a multiple extender lens is added in a light path. Computer control realizes the dynamically intelligent identifying and counting on the tubercle bacillus with continuous eyeshot of the same sputum smear. The invention can replace manual spelling and counting, overcome the defects of manual spelling, improve the efficiency and accuracy of a sputum smear lens detecting method and is simultaneously helpful for improving the scientific level of a normal detecting method of the tubercle bacillus.
