Embodiment 1

[0013] Cut the reed flowers or Di flowers into 1cm-2cm segments, dry them at 120°C, and then completely soak them in the acetic acid solution prepared by 36% acetic acid and water at a volume ratio of 4:6 for 8 hours. After suction filtration, put it in a carbonization furnace or a muffle furnace to program temperature rise, carbonize and activate at 380°C for 70 minutes, turn off the power and stew in the furnace for 2 hours before taking it out. Wash with distilled water until the pH value is 6.5-7.0, and dry to prepare reed flower or Dihua activated carbon.

Embodiment 2

[0015] Cut the reed flower or Di flower into 1cm-2cm fragments, dry it at 120°C, and completely immerse it in the acetic acid solution prepared by 36% acetic acid and water at a volume ratio of 6:4 for 6 hours. After suction filtration, put it in a carbonization furnace or a muffle furnace to raise the temperature, carbonize and activate at 350°C for 80 minutes, turn off the power and stew in the furnace for 2 hours before taking it out. Wash with distilled water until the pH value is 6.5-7.0, and dry to prepare reed flower or Dihua activated carbon.

Embodiment 3

[0017] Cut the reed flower or Di flower into 1cm-2cm fragments, dry it at 120°C, and then soak it in the phosphoric acid solution with a concentration of 30% according to the ratio of solid-liquid mass ratio of pure phosphoric acid to 1:2.0, and soak it for 8 hours at room temperature . Put it in a carbonization furnace or a muffle furnace to program the temperature rise, carbonize and activate at 360°C for 80 minutes, turn off the power and stew in the furnace for 2 hours before taking it out. Wash with distilled water until the pH value is 6.5-7.0, and dry to prepare reed flower or Dihua activated carbon.

Abstract

The invention provides a process for preparing reeds or amur silvergrass activated carbon, which comprises steps of (1) cutting the reeds or amur silvergrass into segments, then drying, (2) employing one of the following methods to perform preprocessing, wherein one method is that the reeds or the amur silvergrass is completely impregnated in acetic acid solution formulated by acetic acid of 36% and water for 8 hours or 6 hours at normal temperature and then is sucked and filtered out, and the other method is that the reeds or amur silvergrass is impregnated in phosphoric acid solution to rest at normal temperature for 8 hours or 6 hours, (3) placing the preprocessed reeds or amur silvergrass in a muffle furnace or a carbonization furnace for performing carbonization and activation, taking out after being cooled in the furnace, then washing by distilled water to pH value of 6.5-7.0 and drying to finish. The invention employs the chemical method to prepare the reeds or amur silvergrass activated carbon, the process is simple in procedure, high in efficiency and low in cost, and belongs to waste utilization and benefits environmental protection, and the reeds or amur silvergrass activated carbon with large specific surface area and high adsorption capacity can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for preparing activated carbon from reed flowers or Di flower by chemical method. Background technique [0002] At present, the raw materials for preparing activated carbon are mainly wood, coal, fruit shells, waste tires and so on. Our country lacks wood resources, and the preparation cost is high; the distribution of fruit shells is relatively scattered, and it is not easy to collect; coal, waste tires, etc. are used as raw materials, and the preparation process seriously pollutes the environment. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to seek new raw materials to prepare activated carbon. [0003] Reed flower is the flower spike of reed, its inflorescence is densely branched, and the flowers are many and fluffy; Di flower (also known as Di Miao) is the flower spike of Di, which is similar in nature to reed flower. Reed flower and Di flower have high carbon content, and are often discarded, and have a wi...
