Abstract

The invention relates to solar collector tube field, and discloses an internal expansion type vacuum collector tube comprising an outer layer glass tube with an absorption tube disposed therein. A vacuum layer in which a degasser is disposed to ensure vacuum degree better is provided between the absorption tube and the glass tube. The absorption tube is connected to the glass tube by a transition sealing-in member. The absorption tube is provided with three-layer composite structure, wherein the inner most layer is composite material, a metal layer is disposed outside the composite material, a solar heat absorption coating is provided outside the metal layer, and the metal layer may be aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel or copper. The inner layer composite material tube has better corrosion resistance property comparing with metal tubes in prior art, and compatibility thereof with working medium is increased greatly. A corrugated-type expansion joint is provided on the absorption tube to eliminate expansion quantity difference generated by temperature difference better. The composite material layer of the absorption tube can be produced by using carbon fiber composite material or glass fibre composite material.
