Problems solved by technology

The method of steam injection is beneficial to reduce the thermal load of the heating furnace, but the sudden and large increase of steam injection caused by equipment failure or other reasons will cause a large reverse response to the furnace outlet temperature
In this case, the disturbance model of the process has changed, and the PID automatic control will cause the outlet temperature to be greatly overheated. In manual operation, it is not easy to accurately adjust the fuel volume, and the overheating may still cause a heavy burden on the operator.
Overheating can easily lead to coking of the furnace tube, which will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the coking unit

Embodiment Construction

[0035] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0036]The present invention adopts a novel adaptive state space predictive control and expert control method for delayed coking ovens. By establishing a simplified mechanism model of the delayed coking oven, it is not necessary to test the device to obtain a state space model, and the measured state is used for state feedback predictive control to improve the ability of anti-interference. In view of changes in process characteristics caused by factors such as load changes and coking, the changes in operating points are judged online, and model self-adaptation is performed to improve the commissioning rate. Aiming at the reverse response to the large outlet temperature cau...

Abstract

The invention discloses a control method for a delayed coking furnace, comprising: measuring a steam injection quantity, a feeding quantity and a feeding pressure; judging whether the injection quantity has sudden increase abnormal working condition, according to the measured steam injection quantity, feeding quantity and feeding pressure; measuring the temperatures of a hearth and a tube wall, if the sudden increase abnormal working condition occurs; determining an objective fuel quantity, according to the hearth temperature, the feeding quantity and the tube wall temperature; and adjusting the fuel quantity of the delayed coking furnace to the objective fuel quantity. By a state feedback prediction control scheme of real states, the anti-interference ability is effectively improved. Directed at the process characteristic change caused by load change and coking, the variation of a working point is judged on line, model self-adaptation is carried out, and the rate of putting into operation is increased. Directed at great inverse response of an outlet temperature caused by sudden increase of steam injection quantity, expert control is performed based on heat balance calculation, which can effectively prevent the outlet temperature from exceeding, and improving the operation cycle of devices.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical industry, in particular to a control method of a delayed coking furnace. Background technique [0002] The lightening of heavy oil and residual oil is one of the most important issues in the development of refining technology in the world. Delayed coking is one of the main methods of vacuum residue conversion in the world. Its main advantage is that the process technology is mature, it can process low-quality residue with high residual carbon value and heavy metal content, and the investment and operation costs are low, which is conducive to improving diesel oil production. Gas ratio, and can provide raw materials for the ethylene industry. The processing capacity of residual oil delayed coking in my country ranks second in the world after the United States. [0003] The delayed coking furnace is the core equipment of the delayed coking unit. Its main features are high temperature (about ...
