Embodiment 1

[0064] 450 kg of glycolide (manufactured by Kleha Co., Ltd., 360 ppm of glycolic acid dimer, 13 ppm of water content) and 1600 g of n-dodecanol were placed in a sealable SUS container with a steam jacket structure and a stirrer, and then di 13.5 g (30 ppm) of tin chloride dihydrate, in a closed container, while stirring, circulate steam in the jacket, and heat until the temperature of the contents reaches 100°C. The contents became a homogeneous liquid on the way to heating.
