Abstract

The invention relates to a bi-color polar fleece which is formed by the means of one-time weaving by a double-face terry machine. One production method thereof is as follows: common polyester and modified cationic polyester are taken as raw materials, weaved into a double-face solid terry cloth; yarns of the terry at the right side and the terry at the wrong side of the cloth adopt different types of polyesters, then are dyed and produced into the bi-color polar fleece by post treatment. The second production method thereof is as follows: the material of common polyester yarns is dyed into two different colors; then the yarns of different colors are respectively adopted as the yarns of the terry at the right side and the terry at the wrong side, weaved into a double-face terry cloth with different colors at the two sides and produced into the bi-color polar fleece by post treatment. The bi-color polar fleece of the invention completely overcomes a plurality of defects of the bi-color polar fleece produced by adopting a compound way. The bi-color polar fleece of the invention not only has good heat insulation performance, but also is washable and has light weight and good ventilating performance, therefore, people feel relaxed and comfortable when wearing the bi-color polar fleece.
