The communication protocol comprises the following steps of: firstly, carrying out BCH coding to a DCP data collection platform and combining the coded addresses and sensor data into a user information frame; secondly, dividing the user information frame into a plurality of information subframes with 222 byte length, making up an information subframe by filling 0 for a final information subframe which does not have 222 symbols and increasing synchronous bytes at the front divided information subframes so as to form subframes with 223 byte length; thirdly, carrying out RS coding to the subframes and carrying out convolutional coding after interlacing; fourthly, combing the data information after convolutional coding and synchronization bit of carriers, homing sequence, unique codes, frame ends into an integral modulation data frame and carrying out QPSK modulation; and fifthly distributing addresses to the modulated signals according to the frequency and the time and transmitting the signals.
