Abstract

The preparation method comprises: dissolving PDMS, a crosslinking agent and a catalyst in solvent according to a certain proportion to obtain a casting membrane solution through reaction; deaerating and standing the casting membrane solution and obtaining a membrane blank by scraping a bottom membrane; and carrying out heating sulfuration of the membrane blank after sulfuration at room temperature to obtain a PDMS pervaporation membrane. The preparation method adopts vinyltriethoxysilane as the crosslinking agent, and the obtained PDMS membrane has the characteristics of high separation performance and ideal stability when used in pervaporation separation of ethanol aqueous solution.
