Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a method for biochemically continuously processing kitchen waste. The system comprises feeding equipment, processing equipment connected with the feeding equipment, a discharge device connected with the processing equipment, an air inlet device connected with the processing equipment, an air exhausting device connected with the processing equipment, and a support and rotation device, wherein the feed equipment and the discharge device are positioned at two ends of the processing equipment; the air inlet device and the discharge device are positioned at thesame end of the processing equipment; and the air exhausting device and the feeding equipment are positioned at the same end of the processing equipment. The processing method comprises that: the kitchen waste to be processed is fed into the feeding equipment and pushed and stirred by a screw stock pusher; the kitchen waste is sent to a biochemical reaction device for biochemical reaction; a heatexchanger inputs the generated hot air into the biochemical reaction device to supply heat for the biochemical reaction; the kitchen waste after the reaction is sent to an impacting discharge hole for discharge; and tail gas after the biochemical reaction is sent to a tail gas processing device through a tail gas export cylinder for processing and exhaust.
