[0034] The screening of Pseudomonas aeruginosa XQ902, a disease-resistant phosphate solubilizing bacteria strain of the present invention, is described below.
[0035] 1. Primary screening
[0036] (1) Medium glucose 5-10g, NaCl 0.2-0.5g, KCl 0.2-0.5g, MgSO 4 ·7H 2 O 0.2—0.5g, (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 0.2—0.5g, FeSO 4 ·7H 2 O0.02-0.05g, MnSO 4 ·H 2 O 0.02-0.05g, Ca3(PO 3 ) 4 2.0-5.0g, distilled water 1000ml, pH7.0~7.5.
[0037] (2) Screening method
[0038] The plate dilution separation method was used to select colonies with fast growth and large hydrolytic transparent circles, and after separation and purification by streaking, they were stored on the slant.

The invention discloses efficient disease-resistant pralidoxime bacterial manure for tobacco and a production method thereof, relates to bacterial manure, and simultaneously relates to a method for producing the bacterial manure. The efficient disease-resistant pralidoxime bacterial manure for the tobacco comprises adsorbent and bacterial suspension, wherein the bacterial suspension contains Pseudomonas choloraphis XQ902, and the adsorbent is grass carbon, active carbon, vermiculite or mixture thereof. In the efficient disease-resistant pralidoxime bacterial manure, 100 milliliters of bacterial suspension is added into each 400 to 600 grams of adsorbent. The method for producing the bacterial manure comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the bacterial suspension; (2) sterilizing the adsorbent; and (3) inoculating and culturing the adsorbent. The bacterial manure can increase high-grade tobacco ratio, coordinate the chemical components of the tobacco, reduce impurity gases and excitation, promote growth of tobacco roots, effectively prevent and control infestation of harmful tobacco bacteria, and improve utilization rate of soil phosphorus.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bacterial fertilizer and a production method of the bacterial fertilizer, in particular to a production method of a high-efficiency disease-resistant phosphorus-dissolving bacterial fertilizer for tobacco. Background technique [0002] Microbial fertilizers can reduce and alleviate the pollution of nitrate in agricultural products, especially vegetables and fruits, and can improve the quality of crops. Currently, they are widely used in the production of crops and vegetables such as corn, wheat and rice. [0003] There are a large number of microorganisms inhabiting the soil, among which the microorganisms that have a greater impact on plant production are those living in the rhizosphere of plants. These rhizosphere microorganisms are numerous and active, forming a unique microbial flora of the rhizosphere. Mainly bacteria, according to their effects on plants, rhizobacteria (rhizobacteria) are divided into three categories: ...
