Abstract

The invention discloses a method for controlling phase change and a device thereof, belonging to the communication field. The method comprises the following steps: recording a crystal oscillation frequency control value of the equipment when a reference clock is in normal condition; knowing that the reference clock is abnormal and calculating the average value of the crystal oscillation frequency control value according to the recorded crystal oscillation frequency control value; and setting the average value as the crystal oscillation frequency control value for controlling an equipment system clock when the reference clock is abnormal. When the reference clock are restored to be normal, the frequency of the equipment system clock is adjusted according to the frequency of the reference clock, phase deviation between the equipment system clock and the reference clock is calculated, frequency deviation is set by stages and phase adjustment is carried out till the phase deviation meets the requirements of the phase deviation; therefore, the frequency deviation between the equipment system clock and the reference clock is guaranteed to be minimum after the reference clock is lost so as to effectively delay the phase shafting; and after the reference clock are restored to be normal, the phase deviation is adjusted to be in the specific range fast and smoothly by adjusting frequency deviation without phase jump, thus guaranteeing that the service of a base station is not interrupted.
