At least the surface of the surface-layer material, which faces a body, is coated and impregnated with esterified vitamin C, wherein the esterified vitamin C is obtained in the way that at least one of two hydroxyl radicals on an enol structure of vitamin C is esterified by inorganic acid or organic acid. The esterified vitamin C has the efficacy in simulating weak acid and protecting skin gently. In a preferred proposal, a coating agent can also contain vitamin E which has the function of protecting skin so as to play a role in cooperative synergism with the vitamin C.
