Abstract

The invention relates to a lignin composite polyester material and a preparation method thereof. The method for preparing the lignin composite polyester material is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps of: 1) according to the mass percentage of lignin, poly (butylene succinate) and cross linking agent in the total mass of the three materials, selecting 1-55% of the lignin, 45-99% of poly (butylene succinate) and 0-10% of cross linking agent; mixing the raw materials and obtaining a blend; 2) adopting one of the following two methods to prepare a solid mixture; (1) banburying the blend in a banbury mixer to obtain the solid mixture and (2) mixing the blend in a high-temperature mixer to obtain the solid mixture; and 3) carrying out hot-pressing and composite forming of the solid mixture on a hot press at the temperature of 110-160 DEG C, the pressure of 10-60MPa and the time of 1-15min; drying the mixture in a vacuum at the temperature of 40-60 DEG C after being formed and removing the water so as to obtain the lignin composite polyester material.
