Abstract

The invention provides a device and a method for concentrating and separating chemical products. In the invention, stock solution enters a heating heat exchanger after boosting by a conveying pump, and the heated stock solution enters a tube pass of a primary hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane assembly for reducing and evaporating. Concentrated solution is distributed by a regulating valve, one part of concentrated solution backs to the tube pass of the primary hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane assembly for being continuously evaporated, and the other part of concentrated solution enters a tube pass of a secondary hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane assembly and a tube pass of a third hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane assembly for being continuously heated and evaporated, product solution is concentrated until approaching to the saturation concentration even the supersaturation concentration under the temperature and then is led into a cooler through a pipe for being cooled and crystallized. Steam is led into the cooler through a steam leading-out pipe of the membrane assembly for being liquefied, and then enters a steam and liquid separator. An on-line conductivity meter monitoring device monitors the operation condition and controls a valve to realize continuous production.
