Problems solved by technology

[0002] For most lithographic sheet-fed offset printing manufacturers, they are currently using ordinary sheet-fed inks. When the ink is produced by the manufacturer, a certain proportion of drying additives are added to ensure the drying performance of the ink. It is easy to crust and it is not convenient to store. For printing manufacturers, the speed of crusting is too fast during the printing process
The machine rollers need to be cleaned after a period of time, and this special cleaning agent pollutes the environment, and the emission of volatile organic compounds is harmful to the human body and can easily cause cancer
If the opened package is left unused, skinning will easily occur, which will affect normal use and cause waste. Therefore, the traditional sheet-fed ink not only pollutes the environment, damages human health, but also causes waste of manpower, financial resources and material resources.

Embodiment 1

[0012] Embodiment 1: the present invention adopts following proportioning: benzidine yellow G is 8%, transparent yellow 8%, bentonite 0.5%, bleached linseed oil 24%, high boiling point kerosene 26.65%, rosin modified phenolic resin 30%, alkyd resin 1%, cobalt dry oil 0.05%, manganese dry oil 0.3%, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol 0.5%, polyethylene micropowder wax 0.5%, liquid aluminum AO-3 0.5%. This formula has a high content of transparent yellow, and the resulting ink has high transparency, which is suitable for register printing.

Embodiment 2

[0013] Embodiment 2: the present invention adopts following proportioning: benzidine yellow G is 16%, bentonite 0.5%, bleached sesame oil 24%, high boiling point kerosene 26.65%, rosin modified phenolic resin 30%, alkyd resin 1%, cobalt dry Oil 0.05%, manganese dry oil 0.3%, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol 0.5%, polyethylene micropowder wax 0.5%, liquid aluminum AO-3 0.5%. This formulation does not use transparent yellow to increase benzidine yellow G, and the prepared ink has low transparency, which is suitable for physical printing with low transparency requirements.

Embodiment 3

[0014] Embodiment 3: the present invention adopts following proportioning: Lithor carmine 19%, bentonite 0.5%, bleached sesame oil 22%, high boiling point kerosene 25.9%, rosin modified phenolic resin 30%, alkyd resin 1%, manganese dry oil 0.2%, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol 0.5%, polyethylene micronized wax 0.5%, liquid aluminum AO-3 0.4%. This kind of formula contains less extender pigment, and the ink made has high gloss, which is suitable for high-grade printing.

Abstract

The invention relates to a single-sheet non-skinning oil ink which aims at realizing slow drying on a machine and fast drying on paper. The oil ink comprises the following components by weight percent: 10-25% of pigments, 0.1-5% of extender pigment, 20-30% of vegetable oil, 15-30% of mineral oil, 25-35% of resin, 0.5-3% of assistants, 0.5-2% of wax powder and 0.3-1% of gelatinizing agent, whereinthe pigments are the pigments with various colors which are red, yellow, blue and black generally; the extender pigment is any one of bentonite and calcium carbonate or the mixture of the two with anyproportion; the vegetable oil is bleaching sesame oil; the mineral oil is high-boiling point kerosene; the resin is the mixture of rosin modified phenolic resin and alkyd resin; the assistants are antioxidant and drying oil; the wax powder is polyethylene micro-powder wax; and the gelatinizing agent is liquid aluminum AO-3. The oil ink is prepared by adopting the production technology of the conventional offset printing oil ink.
