Problems solved by technology

Due to the characteristics of high strength and high toughness of FRP itself, it is very difficult to crush it. Therefore, the requirements for crushing equipment are high, the cost of equipment is high, the energy consumption of crushing is high, the heat generated by crushing is high, and the temperature is high. FRP crushing process High-temperature coking and denaturation are prone to occur in the medium, and conventional crushing equipment cannot produce high-mesh powder

Embodiment 1

[0023] 1) Put 80 grams of waste epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced plastic (E-44#) and 20 grams of chloroform with a specification of (1.5 × 1.5 × 1.5cm) and 20 grams of chloroform in a closed container, and swell at room temperature for 24 hours (the volume of glass fiber reinforced plastic expands to the original 1.8 times);

[0024] 2) The swollen waste glass fiber reinforced plastic block is kept in an oven at 100°C for 5 hours by thermal insulation evaporation to remove the organic solvent;

[0025] 3) The waste glass fiber reinforced plastic block after removing the organic solvent is placed in a high-speed Chinese herbal medicine pulverizer, and pulverized at a speed of 25,000 rpm for 10 minutes to obtain a 20-mesh glass fiber reinforced plastic powder.

Embodiment 2

[0027] 1) Put 80 grams of waste epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced plastic (E-51#) and 20 grams of chloroform in a closed container with a specification of (1.5×1.5×1.5cm) and heat it up to 100°C at a heating rate of 2.5°C / min. Swell for 3h (the volume of FRP expands to 2 times the original);

[0028] 2) with step 2 in Example 1);

[0029] 3) The waste glass fiber reinforced plastic block after removing the organic solvent is placed in a high-speed Chinese herbal medicine pulverizer, and pulverized at a speed of 25,000 rpm for 15 minutes to obtain a 20-mesh glass fiber reinforced plastic powder.

Abstract

The invention relates to the recycling of waste glass fiber reinforced plastics, in particular to a method for pulverizing waste glass fiber reinforced plastics and producing glass fiber reinforced plastic powder. The method is realized in such a way that after the waste glass fiber reinforced plastics are cut into pieces with the length of 1.5-10cm, the waste glass fiber reinforced plastic pieces are put in an organic solvent for swelling, and after the organic solvent is removed, the waste glass fiber reinforced plastic pieces are pulverized by adopting a conventional pulverizing process in a pulverizer to obtain glass fiber reinforced plastic powder of 10-200 meshes. The method effectively reduces the mechanical strength of the glass fiber reinforced plastics through swelling and puffing the waste glass fiber reinforced plastic pieces in the organic solvent so as to reduce the requirement for pulverizing equipment. The manufacturing cost of the equipment is low, and the energy consumption and the temperature in a pulverizing process are also low. The prepared glass fiber reinforced plastic powder does not generate coking or denaturation and has high mesh number.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the recycling and utilization of waste FRP, in particular to a method for smashing waste FRP to produce FRP powder. Background technique [0002] FRP materials and their products have penetrated deep into our lives and production, and have partially replaced steel to a certain extent. For example, FRP is widely used in automobiles, ships, wind power generation, petrochemical, electromechanical, textile, and military industries. With the wide application of FRP, the recycling of waste FRP has attracted more and more attention. The accumulation of a large amount of waste glass fiber reinforced plastic will cause environmental pollution. From the perspective of economy and environment, the best way is to recycle the waste glass rigid products. Pulverizing the waste and bulk FRP into FRP micropowder, powder and chopped fiber is a necessary link for the reuse of waste FRP. Currently, waste FRP is usually pulverized directly under n...
