Abstract

The method is realized by preparing a nano balance and comprises the following steps of: preparing electrodes on a substratum through a photoetching process, wherein the dimension between the positive electrode and the negative electrode is 1-10 micrometers; constructing a metal one-dimensional nano structure between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; respectively welding both ends of the metal one-dimensional nano structure with contact electrodes of the positive electrode andthe negative electrode to realize ohmic contact, and constructing a scale, i.e. a cantilever beam of the nano balance, wherein the length of the cantilever beam is longer than or equal to 10 micrometers, the width of the cantilever beam is 150-500 micrometers, and the thickness of the cantilever beam is 10-90 micrometers; and after the cantilever beam loads the viruses, measuring the change of the vibration frequency of the cantilever beam by an optical astigmatism method so as to demarcate the weight of the viruses.
