Abstract

The method comprises two parts of constructing an ecological plunge pool and planting aquatic plants. A pit is constructed at the selected riverbed, stone built dam type pool walls are constructed at the periphery of the pit, and the upstream pool wall is provided with a series of waterfall forming pipes and a fountain forming pipe. The topmost of the upstream pool wall of the ecological plunge pool is a pointed flood diversion or stone diversion dam, and the center of the dam is a hollow waterfall control cavity. After the current enters the waterfall forming pipes, the current is injected into the ecological plunge pool by water outlet holes at different positions in a form of waterfall. The current flowing into the fountain forming pipe enters the pool bottom along the pipe to form fountain.
