AI Technical Summary

Problems solved by technology

However, emulsified oil cannot be used as fuel for internal combustion engines at present. The main reason is that emulsified oil cannot meet the requirements of internal combustion engines in terms of stability and oiliness.
Emulsified oil is a thermodynamically unstable emulsion system, and a high-power emulsifying device is required for emulsification. The appearance of emulsified oil is turbid, and the stability period is short. It is difficult to popularize and use it on vehicles with high fluidity, and it is necessary to prepare stable and cheap W / O Type micro-emulsion fuel oil, the first consideration is the efficiency of the surfactant, most of the current use of a single surfactant, and generally require a higher concentration of surfactant

Embodiment 1

[0026] The weight composition of preparation required raw material is as follows:

[0027] 30 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate;

[0028] 20 parts of sodium succinic diisooctyl sulfonate;

[0029] 20 parts of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide;

[0030] 20 parts of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide;

[0031] 8 parts of isopropanone;

[0032] 12 parts of n-butanol;

[0033] 8 parts of isopropanol;

[0034] After the above-mentioned components are mixed according to the metering, the additive product 1 of the present invention is obtained by stirring at a speed of 1000 rpm for 30 minutes under the condition of 30°C. After the product was left standing for three months, no oil-water stratification occurred.

Embodiment 2

[0036] The weight composition of preparation required raw material is as follows:

[0037] 25 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate;

[0038] 16 parts of sodium succinic diisooctyl sulfonate;

[0039] 26 parts of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide;

[0040] 25 parts of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide;

[0041] 12 parts of isopropanone;

[0042] 10 parts of n-butanol;

[0043] 5 parts of isopropanol;

[0044] After the above-mentioned components are mixed according to the metering, the additive product 2 of the present invention is obtained by stirring at a speed of 2000 rpm for 35 minutes under the condition of 30°C. After the product was left standing for six months, no oil-water stratification occurred.

Embodiment 3

[0046] The weight composition of preparation required raw material is as follows:

[0047] 20 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate;

[0048] 10 parts of sodium succinic diisooctyl sulfonate;

[0049] 30 parts of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide;

[0050] 30 parts of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide;

[0051] 15 parts of isopropanone;

[0052] 5 parts of n-butanol;

[0053] 6 parts of isopropanol;

[0054] After the above-mentioned components are mixed according to the metering, the additive product 3 of the present invention is obtained by stirring at a speed of 3000 rpm for 40 minutes under the condition of 50°C. Seven months after this product sat, there was no clouding or layering.

Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-emulsification fuel oil additive. The additive contains 30 to 50 weight parts of anion surface active agent, 40 to 60 weight parts of cation surface active agent, 10 to 20 weight parts of cosurfactant and 8 to 15 weight parts of cosolvent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the additive which comprises the following steps of: mixing the raw materials and stirring for 30 to 40 minutes with a rotating speed of 1000 to 3000 rpm at 20 to 50 DEG C. The additive has fine micro-emulsification effect. The micro-emulsification fuel oil can be stored for a long time. The additive has small dosage, low cost and wide application scope, and can efficiently decrease the discharge of harmful gas when the micro-emulsification fuel oil is in low oxygen combustion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a microemulsion fuel oil additive and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Due to the depletion of energy resources and the deterioration of the environment, energy researchers around the world are actively exploring and looking for renewable and environmentally friendly alternative fuels, and improving the existing fossil fuels to increase the efficiency of fossil fuels. Researchers began to study fuel water mixing technology in the 1930s. The emulsified oil prepared by mixing fuel oil with water has been widely used in industrial combustion furnaces. The emulsification technology of fuel oil has been applied in some developed countries. However, emulsified oil cannot be used as fuel for internal combustion engines at present, mainly because emulsified oil cannot meet the requirements of internal combustion engines in terms of stability and oiliness. Emulsified oil is a thermodynamically unstable emulsi...
