Abstract

The invention discloses a solar energy-driven magnetic fluid and steam turbine coupled power generating system, which comprises a converging system consisting of a plurality of lenses, a heat collector containing a magnetic fluid medium and alkali metal salt seeds, a magnetic fluid power generating system and a steam turbine power generating system, wherein the full-wavelength solar energy is converged in the heat collector by the converging system to be converted into heat energy, magnetic fluid medium in the heat collector forms plasma fluid at a high temperature and the plasma fluid is delivered to the magnetic fluid power generating system to generate electricity; and the steam turbine power generating system is coupled with the magnetic fluid power generating system by a heat exchanger. The solar energy-driven magnetic fluid and steam turbine coupled power generating system has the advantages that: the solar energy is directly converted into the electric energy, an intermediate conversion process is discarded, the power generation efficiency is improved and the zero emission of pollutants such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide is achieved; and the steam turbine power generating system can supply power to a compressor and drive a generator to generate the electricity, so the solar energy is fully used in the system.
