A spraying and absorbing tower I uses neutral water as an absorbing liquid; an absorbing tower II uses alkali liquor as an absorbing liquid; waste absorbing liquid drained by the spraying and absorbing tower I is acid; waste absorbing liquid drained by the spraying and absorbing tower II is alkali; and two kinds of waste liquids are mixed together to generate salts, thus industrial salt products can be recovered from the waste liquid generated in the waste gas treatment process. The product can be recovered from the waste liquid, thereby improving the added value of the system.
