Abstract

The non-combustible straw decorating plate consists of a glass fiber cloth layer and a slurry layer which is coated outside the glass fiber cloth layer, wherein the slurry layer consists of aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, straw, expanded perlite and magnesium chloride. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: A, uniformly mixing raw materials according to proportion at normal temperature and normal pressure, and then pouring the mixture into a sealed vacuum kettle; B, preparing 2 to 10mol / L solution of magnesium chloride, regulating the pH value to 6.5 to 9.5, adding the prepared solution of magnesium chloride into the sealed vacuum kettle for stirring, and extracting air from the sealed vacuum kettle with stirring until the pressure in the sealed vacuum kettle reaches 0.1 to 0.5atm; and C, coating the stirred slurry on the glass fiber cloth, and rolling the glass fiber cloth which is coated with the slurry to form a plate.
