Problems solved by technology

[0015] (1) The gasification efficiency of the gasifier is low
Biomass raw materials cannot be gasified well, the energy utilization rate is low, energy waste is serious, and it is easy to cause more ash and slagging in the gasifier;
[0016] (2) Gas calorific value is low
The lower calorific value not only increases the cost of gas storage, but also increases the gas consumption per household, which increases user expenditure and limits the enthusiasm of users for gas consumption;
[0017] (3) High impurity content
Tar and dust deposits are serious, and the centralized gas supply system cannot operate safely for a long time
Not only did it affect the continuity of production, but it also caused flames to rise up in the factory building, and the pipeline formed a negative pressure backfire explosion;
[0018] (4) Secondary pollution problem
They pose a hazard to the growth and safety of animals and plants, thus causing secondary pollution

Embodiment Construction

[0047] Such as figure 1 As shown, the multistage cycle gasification process of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0048] (1) The fuel gas and the gasification medium exchange heat through the heat exchange device;

[0049] (2) The biomass raw material enters from the raw material inlet in the middle region of the fluidized bed gasification reactor, and the gasification medium enters from the air inlet at the bottom of the fluidized bed gasification reactor;

[0050] (3) Biomass raw material and gasification medium react in the fluidized bed gasification reactor to generate gas;

[0051] (4) The materials comprising fuel gas and biomass raw materials enter the first separation device through the material outlet of the fluidized bed gasification reactor for primary separation, and the separated biomass raw materials return to the fluidized bed gasification reactor to continue to participate in the reaction;

[0052] (5) The material after the primary separa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a biomass multistage circulation gasification process, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding biomass feedstock and gasification medium into a fluidized bed gasification reactor respectively; (2) reacting the biomass feedstock with the gasification medium in the fluidized bed gasification reactor to generate fuel gas; (3) separating the reaction products including the fuel gas and the biomass feedstock of the fluidized bed gasification reactor in a first separator for separation to obtain the first light material flow and the first heavy material flow; (4) returning the first heavy material flow obtained by the first separator to the fluidized bed reactor for further reaction, and enabling the first light material flow obtained by the first separator to enter a second separator; (5) separating the first light material flow in the second separator to obtain the second light material flow and the second heavy material flow; and (6) returning the second heavy material flow obtained by the second separator to the fluidized bed reactor for further reaction, and enabling the second light material flow obtained by the second separator to enter a third separator or directly enter a fuel gas pipeline. As the solid biomass feedstock in the fuel is subjected to multistage separation, the invention ensures sufficient reaction of the biomass feedstock and improves the gasification efficiency; meanwhile, due to the sufficient reaction of the biomass feedstock, the generation of tar and dust is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for utilizing biomass energy, more specifically, the invention relates to a biomass multistage cycle gasification process. Background technique [0002] The crisis of fossil and mineral energy makes people pay more attention to the utilization of renewable energy. Biomass energy is a renewable, storable and replaceable, huge reserve, carbon-balanced green energy. [0003] The essence of biomass energy is the solar energy fixed on the earth by the photosynthesis of plants. According to statistics, the annual energy stored by plants is equivalent to about 10 times of the world's main fuel consumption, while the energy utilization is less than 1% of the total. [0004] Biomass energy raw materials are widely distributed, have large reserves, low cost, and wide application range. Theoretically, they are inexhaustible and inexhaustible. It is also the only renewable energy that can be converted into clean fuel, its cont...
