Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there are mainly the following methods in shortening the composting cycle of domestic waste: 1. Adding microbial inoculants. By adding microbial inoculants during the composting process, it is mainly to promote the rapid decomposition of refractory organic matter in domestic waste and promote compost maturity. This shortens the composting cycle, but some studies have shown that microbial activity and biodiversity can be fully displayed at a temperature of 50-60°C, so this method is relatively effective in the initial stage of composting, that is, when the temperature of the compost is low. not obvious
2. Adopt the dumping (turning) crushing technology. On the one hand, the method performs dumping (turning) during the composting process, so that the materials in the pile can fully contact with the air, reduce the spatial variation of the maturity of the pile, and promote composting. Decomposition, on the one hand, is to reduce the particle size of domestic waste through crushing technology, so as to promote its rapid decomposition and transformation by microorganisms, thereby shortening the composting cycle, but the adoption of this technology increases the cost of composting treatment
3. Increase the composting reaction temperature. This method mainly increases the reaction temperature of the compost body by artificially adding an external heat source during the composting process, thereby promoting the decomposition of organic matter by microorganisms, thereby shortening the composting cycle. However, the use of external heat sources in this method will inevitably increase. cost of composting
[0004] A large amount of heat energy will be generated during the aerobic composting of domestic waste. According to calculations, 1 ton of domestic waste can generate 2034760kJ of heat energy after aerobic composting. Since this part of heat energy carries a variety of waste gases, it is mainly treated by biological filters. The recycling of this part of heat energy has not been reported at present, and the advantages and disadvantages of the above methods of shortening the composting cycle of domestic waste, and the combined effect of adding bacterial agents and circulating hot air to shorten the composting cycle has not been reported.

[0047] Two fermentation bins of Nangong Composting Plant were selected as the research objects.

[0048] method one:

[0049] test group:

[0050] 1. Addition of exogenous bacterial agents:

[0051] Household waste is mixed waste with a particle size of 15mm-80mm screened by Majialou Transfer Station (the composting raw material of the composting experiment unit (Nangong Composting Plant) is the material screened by Majialou Transfer Station), organic waste accounts for 60% (mass percentage), the water content is 55% (mass percentage), and the carbon-nitrogen ratio is 24:1. Organic waste, also known as wet waste, refers to waste containing organic components in domestic waste. Mainly kitchen scraps, paper, fiber, bamboo and wood, etc.

[0123] 1. Composting cycle detection

[0124] 1. Temperature detection, high temperature fermentation stage, composting cycle

[0125]Method 1 of Example 1 was respectively tested to obtain the daily temperature of the experimental group and the control group during the high-temperature fermentation stage.

[0126] The result is:

[0127] The temperatures of the experimental group on days 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 were 30.7°C, 53.0°C, 66.1°C, 63.3°C, 59.0°C, 60.1°C, 58.6°C, 57.7°C, 57.1°C;

[0128] The temperatures of the control group on days 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 were 28.4°C, 37.1°C, 46.2°C, 50.3°C, 56.4°C, 57.1°C, 59.0°C, 59.5°C, 56.8°C;

[0129] Take the above results as figure 1 As shown, it can be seen from the figure that in the control group, the compost temperature reached above 55°C on the 4th day of composting, and was ma...

Abstract

The invention discloses a composting method, comprising the following steps of: (1) mixing a composting raw material and a microbial inoculum to obtain a compost body; (2) fermenting the compost body at high temperature to obtain a primary composting product; and (3) continuing fermenting the primary compost product to obtain a fertilizer. Experiments prove that in the invention, based on the concepts that the activity and the diversity of microorganisms are promoted by high temperature in the composting process and large amount of heat energy is generated from the high-temperature decomposition of organic matters by microorganisms, the heat energy from high-temperature fermentation is also recycled in the composting process at the same time of adding the microorganism microbial inoculum in the composting process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composting method. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing amount of municipal solid waste, the city siege phenomenon and environmental pollution caused by municipal solid waste have become increasingly prominent. The disposal of municipal solid waste has become a major environmental problem faced by our country and countries all over the world. Composting technology is an important way to realize the harmlessness, reduction and recycling of domestic waste. Due to the poor maturity of compost products and the long composting cycle, it has become an important problem restricting the development of composting technology. Therefore, improving the compost maturity and shortening the composting cycle has become a key issue in solving the composting of domestic waste. [0003] At present, there are mainly the following methods in shortening the composting cycle of domestic waste: 1. A...
