Abstract

The invention relates to a quick detection kit of cleanliness of tableware or a food processing appliance, a detection reagent and a detection method thereof. The quick detection kit of cleanliness comprises a detection card and the detection reagent, wherein the detection card is composed of an adsorption slice, a velum and a baseboard; and the detection reagent is composed of a wetting agent and a color development reagent, wherein the wetting agent is formed by mixing a surfactant with copper ions, and the color development reagent is composed of bicinchoninic acid or bicinchoninic acid sodium salt and the aqueous solution of the mixture of sodium hydroxide and sodium bicarbonate. The detection method is as follows: dripping the wetting agent on the surface of a detected appliance; wiping the surface of the detected appliance by the adsorption slice in the detection card; then, dripping one drop of the color development reagent onto the adsorption slice; and according to the color variation of the adsorption slice, determining the cleanliness of tableware or the food processing appliance. The detection card of the invention has simple structure, low cost, safety and environment protection. The detection method is easy to operate, has high detection speed and is suitable for detecting the cleanliness of tableware in practice.
