Abstract

The invention discloses a municipal solid waste comprehensive treatment and recycling device, which comprises a separating and recycling system and a comprehensive recycling treatment system. The separating and recycling system comprises a receiving hopper, wherein the discharge end of the receiving hopper is connected with a bag breaker which is in sealing connection with a separation box body through a sliding hopper; a humidity control and water distribution pipeline is arranged in the sliding hopper; a mechanical rotating drum screening part, a magnetic separation part and a gravitational separation part are sequentially arranged in the separation box body; and a discharge part is arranged at the bottom of the separation box body. The comprehensive recycling treatment system comprises an organic matter composting part, an inorganic matter brick-making part, a part for preparing plastic particles from waste plastics and a metal recycling part which are connected with the discharge part of the separating and recycling system respectively. The municipal solid waste comprehensive treatment and recycling device can perform separating and recycling and comprehensive recycling treatment on municipal solid wastes, and has high separation efficiency and high recycling degree.
