Abstract

The organosilicon composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 100-200 parts of methyl vinyl mixed silicone rubber, 10-30 parts of methyl vinyl silicone oil, 4-20 parts of methyl hydro-silicone oil, 1-2 parts of inhibitor and 700-800 parts of solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the methyl vinyl silicone rubber, methyl vinyl mixed silicon rubber and solvent into a high-speed mixer according to the formula, and mixing for 6-8 hours until the mixture is completely dissolved; and adding the methyl vinyl silicone oil, methyl hydro-silicone oil and inhibitor into the high-speed mixer according to the formula, and evenly mixing.
