Abstract

A fast breeding device and method of anammox bacteria belong to the technical field of biological wastewater treatment. The device contains a tower reactor, a settling pond, a mechanical agitation device, a temperature control device and a refluxing system, wherein the tower reactor and the settling pond are both sealed reactors. The temperature control device is used to perform the on-line automatic control of the water temperature of the tower reactor, and the effluent overflow to the settling pond; and the settling pond is provided with a mud scraping device, and the refluxing system is used to reflux the accumulated bacteria in the settling pond to the tower reactor. The method comprises the following steps: the inner temperature of the tower reactor is controlled to 30-35 DEG C, the pH value is controlled to 7.5-8, no dissolved oxygen exists, the agitation device is used to disperse pollutants in water rapidly, and pollutants fully contact with sludge in a disperse fluidization state. In the operating and cultivating process, the highly fluidization state of anammox bacteria is kept and the height of sludge layer in the settling pond is controlled to be less than one third ofa cone. By adopting the device and method, the rapid breeding of anammox bacteria can be realized and the anammox technology can be popularized.
