The method comprises the following steps: selecting hemp fibrils with modal length of 27.5-30.0/mm and fiber number of 2900-3100/Nm; spraying an oil feeding and moistening softening and penetrating agent on the hemp fibrils, wherein the weight percents of the oil feeding and moistening softening and penetrating agent and the hemp fibrils are 6-8%; keeping the hemp fibrils with the oil feeding and moistening softening and penetrating agent in a sealed way, carrying out moisture curing for 70-120 hours at the temperature of 23-28 DEG C, controlling the moisture regain of the hemp fibrils between 12% and 15% and turning over the hemp fibrils up and down at least once during curing; loosening the hemp fibrils and removing impurities and short fibers to ensure the impurity ratio and short fiber ratio of the hemp fibrils to be less than 13.1/% and 27.2/% respectively.
