A preparation method for the compound comprises the following steps of: extracting aloe, polygonum multiflorum or rhubarb serving as a raw material by using 10 to 100 percent ethanol for 1 to 5 times, concentrating the extracting solution under reduced pressure, and recovering the ethanol to obtain an extract I; extracting the extract I by using ethyl acetate or chloroform for 1 to 5 times, and concentrating the extracting solution under reduced pressure to obtain an extract II; and loading the extract II on a silicagel column, eluting by using organic solvent mixed solution in different ratios, recovering the solvent from the eluent under reduced pressure, and repeatedly recrystallizing to obtain the compound of 2-acetylaloeemodin with the purity of over 95 percent.
