Abstract

The invention relates to a permanent magnet motor rotor temperature measurement device. The device comprises a thermistor, a slip ring, two groups of electric brushes and a data processor, wherein the thermistor is fixed on and attached to a permanent magnet of a rotor core; the two groups of electric brushes are fixed on the inner wall of a permanent magnet motor respectively; the slip ring is sleeved and fixed on the rotating shaft of the motor, and comprises two semi-ring parts which are insulated with each other; the two semi-ring parts are in circuit connection with two ends of the thermistor respectively, and in close contact with one of the two groups of electric brushes respectively; and the two groups of electric brushes are connected with the data processor respectively. The invention also provides a method for realizing permanent magnet motor rotor temperature measurement by utilizing the device. By adopting the permanent magnet motor rotor temperature measurement device and the measurement method, the data processor can measure the resistance of the thermistor through the electric brushes and the slip ring, and converts the resistance into temperature, thus the temperature measurement of the rotor is realized; and the method is not interrupted by environmental factors, has high measurement accuracy, and further ensures stable operation of the motor.
