Abstract

On the basis, an enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) accesses a reading frame, and an Annexin B-EGFP fusion protein is obtained. The cell apoptosis detection kit taking the Annexin B-EGFP fusion protein as a detection protein can detect the early apoptosis of cells.
