The system comprises a server, a transmitting terminal and a receiving terminal fixed on a target, wherein the transmitting terminal comprises a first wireless transceiving module, an ultrasonic transmission module with at least 3 non-colinear transmission points and a first processor; the receiving terminal comprises a second wireless transceiving module, an ultrasonic receiving module and a second processor; and the server calculates the distance from the transmission points to the target by receiving the uploaded propagation time and propagation speed of at least 3 ultrasonic signals, and solves the control position of the target. According to the invention, the receiving terminal is made into alabel mode and fixed on the target, thus the system provided by the invention is small in size, is convenient to carry, has small energy consumption, and can work for a long time under a condition ofnot changing batteries.
