The invention discloses a resourceful treatment method of a waste refrigerator body. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly crushing the waste refrigerator body; generating mixture material broken particles and CFC-11 gas; adsorbing, de-adsorbing, condensing and recovering an environmental hazardous substance CFC-11 in polyurethane foam of the waste refrigerator body through an active carbon adsorption tower; collecting polyurethane foam powder in the mixed particles of the crushed waste refrigerator body through airflow separation; collecting magnetic materials in the mixed particles through magnetic separation; and separating copper, aluminium and plastic materials in the mixed particles through vortex separation. According to the method and the device disclosed by the invention, the waste refrigerator body is successfully recovered; simultaneously, environmental benefits are brought about; and the secondary pollution of the CEC-11 in the recovery process is avoided.
