The clutch state monitoring circuit comprises a PMOS (P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistor, an NAND gate, a first phase inverter, a level conversion unit and a latch, wherein the level conversion unit also comprises a second phase inverter and a third phase inverter. Compared with the traditional lock clutch state acquisition circuit, the clutch state monitoring circuit disclosed by the invention can be realized by adopting an integrated circuit element with the same process as an electronic tag chip and has a simple structure and lower power consumption, thereby the clutch state monitoring circuit can be integrated inside the electronic tag chip.
