Embodiment 1

[0043] The commercially available bacterial cellulose membrane produced by Acetobacter xylinum was cut into a bacterial cellulose sample of 10 × 10 cm, and the preparation steps of the collagen-modified bacterial cellulose composite membrane were as follows:

[0044] Step 1, pretreatment of bacterial cellulose membrane:

[0045] Take the bacterial cellulose and wash it with clean water several times to remove the culture medium and impurities on the surface of the membrane. Then soak the membrane in 0.1mol / L NaOH solution, bathe in water at 90°C for more than 60min, and wash out the bacteria and residual culture medium in the bacterial cellulose membrane. Then soak the bacterial cellulose membrane in 0.05mol / L NaOH solution, bathe in water at 90°C for 30min, and then rinse it with distilled water several times;

[0046] Step 2, the purification of bacterial cellulose membrane:

[0047] Soak the bacterial cellulose membrane after the above pretreatment with distilled water fo...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a collagen-modified bacteria cellulose compound film, which relates to relevant fields of biomedical medical materials, medical appliances and cosmetics. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: pretreating and purifying a bacteria cellulose film to obtain purified bacteria cellulose, and functionalizing the hydroxyl of the purified bacteria cellulose; and physically compounding or chemically combining the bacteria cellulose film and a collagen suspension to obtain a collagen-modified bacteria cellulose compound film. Due to the adoption of the collagen-modified bacteria cellulose compound film obtained with the method, the recovery of collagen content in defect tissues can be promoted, the problems of poor water permeability, poor air permeability, poor drainage and poor absorbing effect existing in the conventional collagen medicament are solved simultaneously; a novel method for collagen application is provided, high cell affinity is achieved, and the tissue growth is facilitated. The method has a simple preparation process and a mature process, and is suitable for industrial production of collagen-modified bacteria cellulose compound films with different requirements.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of biomedical materials, medical devices and cosmetics, in particular to a method for preparing a collagen-modified bacterial cellulose composite membrane, which is used for tissue-guided growth membranes, soft tissue patches, wound dressings for promoting skin healing, tissue engineering skin and Health mask and other fields. Background technique [0002] Collagen is a fibrous protein twisted into a helical shape by 3 peptide chains. It exists in the form of collagen fibers in the body and dissolves into gel when heated in water. It accounts for more than 1 / 3 of the total protein in the human body. Mainly distributed in connective tissue, such as 70% of skin dry weight is collagen. When the limbs of the human body move, the collagen in the skin exerts its function, making the skin have a protective function, and it also has proper elasticity and firmness. Type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen are the main types of skin col...
