Abstract

The invention relates to a coating and finishing method for nanoscale pearl particles applied to a textile and a yarn in spinning dyeing production. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a sizing agent used for coating and finishing; padding the textile; and soaking the yarn. A formula of the sizing agent used for coating and finishing comprises pearl powder, an emulsifying agent, adispersing agent, a water-reducing agent and water, wherein the components are uniformly mixed and then are ground on a grinding machine, thereby obtaining the sizing agent used for coating and finishing the nanoscale pearl particles. On a continuous dyeing padder and an overflow dyeing agent, a finishing solution prepared by using the sizing agent is respectively used for padding the textile andsoaking the yarn. Compared with the textile made of pearl viscose, the obtained textile after being finished has the advantages that the textile is suitable for various natural fiber and chemical fiber textiles; a conventional dyeing device is used for finishing and the method is simple; the content of the pearl particles on the textile is high and the processing cost is low; and the textile after being finished has an ultraviolet ray resisting function and a far-infrared emission function.
