Abstract

The invention discloses a formula for a PVC foaming sheet. The formula comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin, 15 to 50 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 to 40 parts of talcum powder, 25 to 70 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 1 part to 10 parts of a heat stabilizer, 4 to 20 parts of a foaming agent, 2 to 10 parts of a foaming conditioning agent, 1 part to 10 parts of a fire retardant, 0.1 part to 7 parts of a cross-linking agent and 500 to 700 parts of a solvent. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the PVC foaming sheet. The method comprises the following steps: taking the raw materials of the PVC resin, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, aluminum hydroxide, the heat stabilizer, the foaming agent, the foaming conditioning agent, the fire retardant and the cross-linking agent, mixing the raw materials and carrying out kneading simultaneously to obtain a mixture; subjecting the mixture to a foaming reaction; acquiring a foaming ratio; removing an organic solvent; carrying out cutting processing and inspection so as to prepare a finished product. The foaming sheet prepared in the invention has the advantages of lightweight, flame retardation, hardness, etc.
