Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for recycling hydrogen sulfide, which adopts sodium sulfide polyhydrate and p-dichlorobenzene as raw material, and utilizes processes of dehydrating sodium sulfide and performing polycondensation to produce polyphenylene sulfide monomer. The method is characterized by allowing reaction of hydrogen sulfide-rich waste gas and sodium hydroxide in an alkali solution absorption tank, performing deep dehydrogenation on sodium hydrogen sulfide, and returning the dehydrogenated product as raw material for production of polyphenylene sulfide to carry out polycondensation reaction with p-dichlorobenzene. The method treats virulent hydrogen sulfide waste gas to achieve a good environmentally friendly effect, and converts the waste gas into recycled production raw material to form a beneficial closed cycle.
