The method mainly comprises the following steps of: sterilizing the pistacia chinensis bunge seeds, of which the shells are removed by using ethanol and sodium hypochlorite; soaking the seeds in water to perform ultrasonic processing; and flushing the seeds, and then inoculating the seeds to a seed germination culture medium to obtain aseptic robust seedlings.
