Abstract

A concrete water-retention curing agent is made of, by weight, 6%-13.5% of mixture, 3%-5% of rosin, 6%-10% of surfactant, 0.5%-1.5% of PH modifier and the balance water, wherein the mixture is made of mixing paraffin, microcrystalline wax and liquid wax in the weight proportion of 1:1:1. Cost of the concrete water-retention curing agent is 30-50% lower than that of equally effective curing agent, a process developing method is simplified and feasible, and products are novel, nontoxic and odorless and meet the requirements on environment protection. Further, curing effect is improved evidently, water loss rate of the concrete is further reduced, and indexes of strength and effective water retention rate of the products reach first-grade level of JC901-2002 national building material specifications.
