Abstract

The invention relates to a High-density polyethylene / regenerated high-density polyethylene / polyethylene octene elastomer-grafted-maleic anhydride (HDPE / RHDPE / POE-g-MAH) / mesoporous molecular sieve blending material which can be used for engineering plastics, such tubular products and the like and a preparation method thereof. The HDPE / RHDPE / POE-g-MAH / mesoporous molecular sieve blending material comprises the following components by taking the total amount of a blend as 100 percent: 50-60 percent of HDPE and RHDPE, 30-40 percent of mesoporous molecular sieve, 10 percent of self-made POE-g-MAH,0.15 percent of antioxidant (1010) and 0.15 percent of lubricant oxidized polyethlene wax (OPE), wherein the HDPE and the RHDPE are blended, and the ratio of the HDPE to RHDPE is 1:1. The mechanical property can be improved by about 16-7 percent, and the problems that deformation is easy to happen, facture is easy to happen, the service life is short and the like when the HDPE / RHDPE / POE-g-MAH / mesoporous molecular sieve blending material is use can be effectively solved. The tearing phenomenon generated because the toughness is not enough is improved, and the fracture phenomenon generated because the strength is not enough is improved in the using process.
