Abstract

The invention discloses a combined function device simultaneously having drive and sensing capabilities and preparation and application of the device. The combined function device comprises a piezoelectric layer, wherein the piezoelectric layer consists of a PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) film; the composite material uses an ion exchange enhanced conductive layer as a center, the upper side and the lower side are symmetrically provided with the piezoelectric layer and an electrode layer from inside to outside; the piezoelectric layer is arranged in such a way that a positive electrode and a negative electrode at two sides mutually correspond to each other by using the ion exchange enhanced conductive layer as the center; the ion exchange enhanced conductive layer is obtained by curing and molding an ion exchange solution, and the ion exchange solution is Nafion solution with uniformly added nanograde conductive particles; the piezoelectric layer is the PVDF film; and the electrode layer can be a plurality of latticed mutually-separate microelectrodes which consist of metal Ag or Al, and each of the microelectrodes is mutually isolated and is electrically connected with a drive source or a sense source according to design demand.
