Problems solved by technology

Chemical separation is often prone to environmental pollution
The separation of wood fibers by thermal grinding requires special equipment and consumes a lot of heat and other energy sources. The investment is large, the energy consumption is high, and it is not good for environmental protection. The pulping rate of wood fibers is also limited by the process, and the efficiency is not high.

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention is further described below through examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0018] 1) Using birch wood as raw material, it is first peeled, and then preliminarily processed into boards;

[0019] 2) Soak the plate in water at room temperature (about 25°C) for 12 hours to fully soften it;

[0020] 3) Use the metal wire brush roller brushing mechanism (stainless steel spring wire: specification: 0.15 ~ 0.3mm curved wire) to brush the surface of the fully softened plate, pay attention to the direction of the brushing movement and the direction of the wood fiber. The obtained Brush dust is wood fibers.

Abstract

The invention discloses a production method for separating wood fibers. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) peeling solid wood serving as raw materials, and performing initial processing to form a sheet; 2) soaking the sheet in water at the temperature of between 10 and 60 DEG C for 8 to 24 hours to fully soften the sheet; and 3) brushing and cutting the surface of the fully softened sheet by using a brushing and cutting mechanism to obtain brush scraps, namely wood fibers. The process does not pollute environment, is low in cost and energy consumption; and the fibers obtained by separating wood keep the natural chemical properties of the wood fibers, and the process is a real environment-friendly processing technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of wood processing, and in particular relates to a production method for separating wood fibers. Background technique [0002] Shrinking forest resources and increasingly globalized timber supply are causing a series of environmental and resource conflicts. China's forest resources are particularly scarce, and the lack of timber raw materials has seriously threatened the sustainable development of society. Today, it is becoming more and more obvious that we are facing an unprecedented challenge to meet the growing energy demand and protect the environment. [0003] Lignocellulosic fiber is a cheap, renewable resource that can be used as a raw material for energy, chemical and material industries, but how to separate lignofiber simply and efficiently remains a difficult problem. The existing wood fiber separation method widely used in the industrial production of wood-based panels is the thermal grinding separation m...
