Abstract

The glucose tolerance concentration of the strain CGMCC No. 4430 reaches 270g/L which is improved by 95% compared to the glucose tolerance concentration of the primary strain. After fermentation, the content of lactic acid is 50g/L which is increased by 158% compared to the concentration of the primary strain.
