Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic surface spray-painting device for a large-sized flat-type direct-drive permanent magnet wind generator stator and an automatic surface spray-painting process. The device comprises an insulated paint input system and a controllable flow nozzle. The device is characterized in that: the device further comprises a rotatable lifting hydraulic lever system and a cantilever connected with the rotatable lifting hydraulic lever system; an insulated paint input pipe and a compressed air input pipe in the insulated paint input system are respectively connected into a paint conveyer pipe in parallel after passing through an insulated paint flow adjusting valve and a compressed air adjusting valve, and the paint conveyer pipe is connected with the controllable flow nozzle after passing through the rotatable lifting hydraulic lever system and the cantilever. The technology provided by the invention is simpler, and the paint-spraying quality and efficiency are obviously improved by implementation of the technology.
